In a groundbreaking development, researchers at the Swiss Federal Laboratories for Materials Science and Technology (Empa) have successfully created a revolutionary battery powered by mushrooms. The production process employs cutting-edge 3D printing technology, where mushroom cells are incorporated directly into the printing ink.
