Union demands action over violence against Swiss transport staff

The Transport Workers’ Union says attacks on public transport employees remain a daily problem and is calling for parliamentary action. Swiss Federal Railways reports around ten incidents a day involving insults, threats, assaults or spitting, although nationwide data remains incomplete.
