Swiss court rejects James Bond fan’s request for a silencer

A Solothurn gun collector has been refused permission to buy a silencer for his Walther PPK, despite arguing that the accessory would complete his James Bond collection. The cantonal administrative court rejected his appeal and said his film fandom did not justify an exemption.
