Switzerland releases jet-fuel reserves to protect Zurich Airport supplies

Switzerland has authorised the release of up to 30 million litres of jet fuel from compulsory reserves to address a supply shortage at Zurich Airport. Disruptions to river and rail freight have affected deliveries to the country’s main aviation hub.
