Swiss government unveils CHF70 million response to heat and drought

Switzerland is committing more than CHF70 million to help forests and farms cope with worsening heat and drought. The package includes additional forestry funding and interest-free loans for farmers, but parliament must still approve the measures and the government will reassess conditions later this autumn.
