Switzerland releases aviation fuel reserves to protect Zurich Airport supplies

Switzerland is releasing up to 30,000 cubic metres of aviation fuel from its compulsory reserves to reduce the risk of shortages at Zurich Airport. Rail disruptions and low water levels on the Rhine have delayed fuel deliveries from Germany.
