For Switzerland, the issue has a direct domestic dimension. The Defence Ministry says it has recorded more drone flights over military sites and critical infrastructure. The country has already introduced its first drone-defence system, giving the planned battalion a role in both battlefield readiness and protection at home. Build one force for surveillance and defence
