Court overturns CHF18m Swisscom fibre-optic fine
The Federal Administrative Court has overturned an CHF18 million competition fine imposed on Swisscom over its fibre-optic network rollout. The court found that Swisscom did not hold a dominant position in the relevant market, although the ruling can still be appealed.
