Galderma agrees $1.5bn takeover of US skincare brand
Swiss skincare group Galderma is buying US medical-skincare brand ZO Skin Health for $1. 5 billion in cash. The deal is expected to close in late 2026 or early 2027, subject to regulatory approval.
