Female Board Representation Stagnates in Swiss Companies

Major Swiss companies show stalled progress at 35% women board directors, while management board representation rises slightly to 25%

The proportion of women on boards of directors at the 30 largest listed Swiss companies has stagnated at 35%.
Female representation on management boards (executive level) has risen by 4% since the beginning of the year, reaching 25%.
Adecco holds the highest proportion of women on its board of directors among SLI companies at 50%.
SLI companies on average meet the Federal Council's future requirements of 30% for boards of directors and 20% for executive boards.
